A senior living community designed to promote independent, safe, and active ageing. The development comprises 80 villas organized into four self-sufficient clusters, each featuring a dedicated swimming pool, reading area, nursing station, and utility space. Located on a sloping site with a 16 m level difference, the project integrates landscaped gardens, recreational areas, a library, restaurant, yoga spaces, healthcare facilities, and 24x7 medical and support services, creating an inclusive and accessible environment for senior citizens of all abilities.
