A regenerative, revenue-generating development that works with the natural terrain, avoiding cut-and-fill interventions. Using bamboo as the primary building material, the project integrates sustainable water systems and productive landscapes to create a self-sustaining ecosystem. Divided by an existing road, the upper zone combines terraced pepper, cashew, and herbal plantations with bamboo huts and a cafe, while the lower zone offers private residential and contemplative spaces. The project balances ecological conservation, economic viability, and human well-being.
